Ghent products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship, and will not wear out or lose their ability to perform under normal use. Ghent will replace at no charge any unit which fails for any reason other than misuse, mishandling, or vandalism.
Our Ghent guarantee means that you can trust the quality and performance of Ghent products for years to come. Most Ghent products are guaranteed for 10 years. Porcelain-on-Steel products carry a full fifty-year surface guarantee. Other products, even those considered "disposable", are backed by a ninety-day guarantee.
